Who We Are
A Mother’s Promise was founded on a deeply personal promise. Our founder, DeAndra Dycus, made a commitment to her oldest son following a life-changing injury—that she would be everything he needed her to be. That promise led her through many challenges, including navigating complex in-home support systems and care options. Through those experiences, she gained firsthand knowledge, resilience, and a passion for helping others facing similar journeys.
In September 2022, DeAndra turned that promise into purpose by opening the doors of A Mothers Promise Home Care Services.
Today, AMPHCS is proudly certified in the state of Indiana, providing compassionate and reliable services in home care, non-emergency medical transportation, and mental health waiver support programs. We are committed to growing our impact and continuing to serve individuals who are aging or living with disabilities—with dignity, compassion, and excellence. This is our promise.
